During Regular Business Hours
During regular business hours, there are four different ways in which you can contact All Covered for IT assistance:
- Call the Assigned Help Desk Resource: Between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on weekdays, call the Assigned Help Desk Resource at x-497, or from outside the Firm, at (212) 880-9497.
- Email Support: Between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on weekdays, send an email to the Assigned Help Desk Resource at IT@maglaw.com.
- Call the Lawyer’s Help Desk Directly: Between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on weekdays, help is available through the Lawyer’s Help Desk, which is All Covered’s exclusive off-site legal IT support service. To contact the Lawyer’s Help Desk, call (855) 402-7667.
- Live Chat Support. Between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on weekdays, live chat support from the Lawyer’s Help Desk is available. For live chat, type legalchat.allcovered.com into your browser, then click “Launch.”
Outside of Regular Business Hours (24/7 availability)
Outside of regular business hours, there are two different ways in which you can contact All Covered for IT assistance:
- Off-Hours Call-In Number: On weekends and on weekdays before 7:30 a.m. and after 8:00 p.m., please call the IT Support Help Desk at (855) 402-7667. This is not the Lawyer’s Help Desk, but you will reach a live person to assist you.
- Email Support: On weekends and on weekdays before 8:30 a.m. and after 5:00 p.m., you can send an email to IT@maglaw.com. However, off-hours emails will not generate an immediate response. Instead, on weekends, responses could take 24 to 48 hours, and emails sent on weekdays after 5:30 p.m. will be responded to the next day. Therefore, for urgent issues during off-hours, do not use the IT@maglaw.com email address; instead, please call (855) 402-7667.
